SUBJECT : SUSPENSION FROM THE PRACTICE OF LAW FOR SIX (6) MONTHS OF ATTY. CARLOS C. ABESAMIS
For your information and guidance, quoted hereunder is the dispositive portion of the Resolution of the Third Division dated 11 March 2015 in Administrative Case No. 7228, entitled "Ederlinda B. Arcilla vs. Atty. Carlos C. Abesamis," to wit:
The Court resolves to AFFIRM the Resolution No. XVIII-2008 dated May 22, 2008 and Resolution No. XIX-2011-116 of the Board of Governor of the Integrated Bar of the Philippines, there being no reversible error in the report and recommendation of the investigating commissioner, and suspend respondent Atty. Carlos C. Abesamis from the practice of law for six (6) months.
