SUBMISSION OF THE MONTHLY REPORT OF STATUS OF INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS CASES

Upon request of the Intellectual Property Office, Office of the President for assistance in collating status of actions/complaints/cases involving intellectual property rights (IPR), and for a more effective monitoring of Intellectual Property Rights (IPR) cases, you are enjoined to submit a monthly list of IPR cases filed in court, specifying therein the status of each case within the first fifteen (15) days of the succeeding month, using the attached Annex "A" as the official IPR Form. The report shall be submitted to: "The Intellectual Property Office, IPO Building, 351 Sen. Gil Puyat Avenue, Makati City," copy furnished this Court through the Court Management Office.

Strict compliance is hereby enjoined.
