REPUBLIC ACT NO. 6962 - AN ACT TRANSFERRING TITLE TO AND OWNERSHIP OF THE REAL PROPERTY OF THE DIPOLOG NORMAL COLLEGE TO THE ZAMBOANGA DEL NORTE NATIONAL HIGH SCHOOL

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the Philippines in Congress assembled: SECTION 1. The site intended for the establishment of the Dipolog Normal College is hereby reassigned and transferred to the Zamboanga del Norte National High School.

SEC. 2. The title to and ownership of the real property covered by Transfer Certificate of Title No. (T-16876)-5256 with an area of 38,723 square meters registered in the name of the Dipolog Normal College are hereby transferred to the Zamboanga del Norte National High School.

SEC. 3. The proper register of deeds shall register the same and issue the corresponding certificate of title to the Zamboanga del Norte National High School.

SEC. 4. This Act shall take effect upon its approval.
