SUBJECT:

9 TH NATIONAL CONVENTION AND SEMINAR ON AUGUST 25-27, 2009 DAVAO CITY

The Regional Trial Court Clerks of Court Association of the Philippines (RTC-COCAP) will hold its 9 th National Convention and Seminar on August 25 to 27, 2009 at Davao City.

All concerned are hereby authorized to attend the said convention and seminar on OFFICIAL TIME/OFFICIAL BUSINESS, chargeable to local funds if authorized and available provided that there is prior written permission from the Executive Judge/Presiding Judge and there shall be no disruption of the court calendar. Atty. Remiebel U. Mondia, National President of the Association shall submit to the Court Management Office, OCA a report within ten (10) days from the date of the meeting.
