TO : THE OFFICERS AND MEMBERS OF THE FIRST LEVEL CLERKS OF COURT ASSOCIATION OF THE PHILIPPINES, INC. (FLECCAP)

SUBJECT : GENERAL ASSEMBLY AND SEMINAR ON 2 TO 4 DECEMBER 2015 AT THE CONVENTION CENTER OF DUMAGUETE CITY

The First Level Clerks of Court Association of the Philippines, Inc. (FLECCAP) will hold its General Assembly and Seminar on 2 to 4 December 2015 at the Convention Center of Dumaguete City.

All concerned are hereby authorized to attend the general assembly and seminar on OFFICIAL TIME/BUSINESS, chargeable to local funds if authorized and available, provided that there is a prior permission from the Executive Judge/Presiding Judge and that there shall be no disruption of the court calendar.

The authority shall be for three (3) days only including travel time.

Atty. Dante Gil D. Gumpal, National President of FLECCAP, shall submit a report on the general assembly and seminar with complete list of all court personnel who attended it to the Court Management Office, Office of the Court Administrator within ten (10) days from the conclusion thereof.
