ALL OFFICERS AND MEMBERS OF THE PHILIPPINE JUDGES ASSOCIATION (PJA)

SUBJECT:

ANNUAL CONVENTION/SEMINAR AND 25 TH ANNIVERSARY ON OCTOBER 15-18, 2008 AT THE DAVAO TRADE AND CONVENTION CENTER, DAVAO CITY

The Officers and Members of the Philippine Judges Association (PJA) will hold its Annual Convention/Seminar and 25 th Silver Anniversary on October 15 to 18, 2008 at the Davao Trade and Convention Center, Davao City .

All concerned are hereby authorized to attend the said convention on OFFICIAL TIME/OFFICIAL BUSINESS, chargeable to local funds if authorized and available provided that the court calendar is properly managed and parties are notified of any cancelled hearings.

Judge Antonio M. Eugenio, Jr., President of the Association is hereby directed to submit a report within ten (10) days from the date of the convention.
