ARMM JUDICIAL REFORM PROJECT

Pursuant to the 27 January 2006 resolution of the Supreme Court Executive Committee for Judicial Reforms approving the projects for the Autonomous Region in Muslim Mindanao, you are directed to provide your assistance to the officers and staff of the Rule of Law Effectiveness Program (ROLE) in the conduct of their survey the purpose of which is to identify needed office and courtroom equipment, law books and other research material, and training needs of court personnel. The foregoing survey constitutes the first phase of the ARMM Judicial Reform Project and will help refine its implementation details.
