The judges of Biliran Province, jointly with the IBP Chapter thereat, are sponsoring the 1st Judicial Conference on the Speedy Justice, Key to National Recovery for judges and court personnel of Region 8 at the Nit Gym, Naval, Biliran Province, on.September 9 and 10 1994,

All concerned are, hereby authorized to attend the conference on OFFICIAL TIME / OFFICIAL BUSINESS chargeable to local funds if authorised and. available.

A report on the attendance of those who attended the conference should be submitted to this Office within ten (10) days from date thereof.
