ALL THE OFFICERS AND MEMBERS OF THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE METROPOLITAN AND CITY JUDGES ASSOCIATION OF THE PHILIPPINES (METCJAP)

SUBJECT:

SPECIAL QUARTERLY MEETING ON MARCH 13 & 14, 2008

The Officers and Members of the Board of Trustees of the Metropolitan and City Judges Association of the Philippines (METCJAP) will be holding a special quarterly meeting on March 13 & 14, 2008 at Davao City.

All concerned are hereby authorized to attend the said meeting on OFFICIAL TIME/OFFICIAL BUSINESS, chargeable to local funds if authorized and available provided that there is prior written permission from the Executive Judge and there shall be no disruption of the court calendar.

Judge Rosalyn D. Mislos-Loja , Secretary General of the association is directed to submit a report on the meeting to this Office, within ten (10) days from the date of the meeting.
