AUTHORIZING THE PARTICIPATION OF RTC JUDGES, CLERKS OF COURT AND BRANCH CLERKS OF COURT IN THE PROVINCES OF BENGUET AND LA UNION AT THE VIDEO CONFERENCE OF THE THIRD DISTINGUISHED LECTURE, SERIES OF 2007

As an added feature to the Third Distinguished Lecture, Series of 2007, the Philippine Judicial Academy, in cooperation with the SC Committee on Knowledge Sharing and Regional Cooperation, SC Committee on Computerization and Library, and Program Management Office, will hold a Video Conference to be held simultaneously in Manila at the University of the East Conference Hall, and Baguio City at the Supreme Court Session Hall, on 07 December 2007, from 3:00 p.m. to 6:00 p.m.

All Judges, Clerks of Court and Branch of Clerks of Court of the Regional Trial Court in the Provinces of Benguet and La Union are hereby enjoined to participate in the Video Conference.

Attendance in this conference shall be MANDATORY and on OFFICIAL TIME.

The participating Judges should see to it that their respective court calendars would be properly managed for the duration of their conference, and the parties are notified in advance of any cancellation of hearings.

Any communication relating to the seminar shall be addressed to Hon. Justice Ameurfina A. Melencio-Herrera, PHILJA Chancellor, 3rd Floor, Supreme Court Centennial Building, Padre Faura Street corner Taft Avenue, Ermita, Manila.
