DIRECTING THE ATTENDANCE OF SELECTED FAMILY COURT JUDGES IN A ROUND-TABLE DISCUSSION ON ANTI-TRAFFICKING OF PERSONS

In coordination with the Embassy of the United States of America, the Philippine Judicial Academy (PHILJA) will conduct a Round-Table Discussion (RTD) on Anti-Trafficking of Persons on Thursday, 25 August 2005, 2:30 - 5:00 p.m., Justices' Lounge, 7th Floor, New Supreme Court Building, Padre Faura St., Ermita, Manila.

The following Family Court Judges are directed to attend the RTD:

The attendance of the Judges in the RTD is COMPULSORY and on OFFICIAL TIME. They shall see to it that their respective court calendars are properly managed and that parties are notified in advance of any cancelled hearing.

Formal business attire is required. No companion and no substitution of participants are allowed.

Any communication relating to the RTD shall be addressed to Mme. Justice Ameurfina A. Melencio-Herrera, Chancellor, PHILJA, 3rd Floor, Centennial Building, Supreme Court, corner Taft Avenue and Padre Faura Street, Manila.
