TO: ALL CONCERNED

SUBJECT: ORGANIZATIONAL MEETING OF THE PHILIPPINE ASSOCIATION OF COURT EMPLOYEES (PACE) LOCAL CHAPTERS FROM ILOCOS NORTE AND ILOCOS SUR

The officers and members of the Philippine Association nf Court Employees (PACE) will hold its Organizational Meeting on April 24, 2000 at the Mall of Justice, Regional Trial Court (KTC), Laoag City.

In connection therewith, all concerned enumerated hereunder are hereby authorized to he in Laoag City on April 24, 2009 to attend the said meeting, to wit;

All clerks and branch clerks of the first and second level courts of Ilocos Norte

All clerks and branch clerks of the first and second level courts of Ilocos Sur; and

Mr. Samuel Mabutas, Vice President for Luzon

The attendance of the above-named shall be on OFFICIAL TIME, provided that there is prior written permission from the Executive Judge/Presiding Judge and there shall be no disruption of court calendar.

Atty. Virginia R. Coloma-Rafael, National President of the Association shall submit to this Office a report within ten (10) days from the date of the activity.
