ALL OFFICIALS AND EMPLOYEES OF THE FIRST AND SECOND LEVEL COURTS

SUBJECT:

OPTIONAL WEARING OF OFFICE UNIFORMS BEGINNING DECEMBER 15 to 31, 2010

In view of the Holiday Season the wearing of office uniforms for the officials and employees of the lower courts beginning on December 15 to 31, 2010, shall be optional.

In lieu of office uniforms all lower court officials and employees are required to wear "appropriate office attire" as defined in Memorandum Circular No. 01-2008. (Guidelines on the [A] Grant of Uniform/Clothing Allowance; and [B] Wearing of Office Uniform/Appropriate Office Attire).

The Uniform Committees in the court stations are directed to strictly monitor compliance with the guidelines. Any violation thereof shall be reported to the Uniform Committee for the Supreme Court, the Presidential Electoral Tribunal and Lower Courts.

Strict compliance is hereby enjoined.
