: ATTENDANCE AT SEMINAR-WORKSHOP ON TOTAL QUALITY MANAGEMENT (TQM) FOR TRIAL COURTS OF QUEZON AND MARINDUQUE PROVINCES IN LUCENA CITY.

The Philippine Judicial Academy (PHILJA) jointly with the Institute of Judicial Administrator (IJA), will conduct a one-aay seminar-workshop on "TOTAL QUALITY MANAGEMENT IN COURTS " (TQM) for all pudges, clerks of courts/branch clerks or courts of Queaon and Marinduque Provinces on October 24, 1997 (Friday) in Lucena City.

The judges and court personnel concerned are authorized to attend the seminar-workshop on OFFICIAL TIME/OFFICIAL BUSINESS chargeable to local funds. it authorized and available. Provided that there is no disruption of the court calendar and parties are notified in advance of any cancelled hearing.
