TO : ALL JUDGES, CLERKS OF COURT AND COURT PERSONNEL (WHO ARE IBP MEMBERS) OF THE FIRST AND SECOND LEVEL COURTS IN NEGROS OCCIDENTAL

SUBJECT : MCLE SEMINAR ON OCTOBER 15 TO 18, 2012 AT L'FISHER HOTEL, BACOLOD CITY

The Integrated Bar of the Philippines (IBP) Negros Occidental Chapter will sponsor a Mandatory Continuing Legal Education (MCLE) Seminar on October 15 to 18, 2012 at the L'Fisher Hotel, Lacson Street, Bacolod City. All concerned are hereby authorized to attend the MCLE Seminar on OFFICIAL TIME provided that their court calendars are properly managed and parties are notified of any cancelled hearings.

Atty. Filomena B. Tan, Jr. President-IBP Negros Occidental Chapter, shall submit a report (including the complete list of all judges, clerks of court and court personnel who attended the seminar) to the Court Management Office, Office of the Court administrator, within ten (10) days from the conclusion of the seminar.
