Attendance of the Judges in this Training Seminar shall be MANDATORY and on OFFICIAL BUSINESS.

The Judges should see to it that their respective court calendars are properly managed and the parties are notified in advance of any canceled hearing.

All properly documented travel expenses, shall be reimbursed by USAID-AGILE.

Formal business attire is required. No companions and no substitution of participants shall be allowed.
