: ATTENDANCE AT SEMINAR-WORKSHOP ON TOTAL QUALITY MANAGEMENT (TQM)IN COURTS IN BATANGAS CITY.

The Philippine Judicial Academy (PHILJA) jointly with the Institute of Judicial Administrator (IJA), will conduct a one-day seminar-workshop on " TOTAL QUALITY MANAGEMENT IN COURTS" (TQM) for all judges, clerks of courts/branch clerks of courts of Batangas Province on October 10, 1997 (Friday) in Batangas City.

The judges and court personnel concerned are authorized to attend the seminar-workshop on OFFICIAL TIME, provided that there is no disruption of the court calendar and parties are notified in advance of any canceled hearing.
