TO : ALL JUDGES AND CLERKS OF COURTS IN DAVAO PROVINCES

SUBJECT : TWO-DAY SEMINAR IN LINE WITH THE MANDATORY CONTINUING LEGAL EDUCATION (MCLE) ON OCTOBER 17-18, 2001 IN DAVAO CITY

The Integrated Bar of the Philippines (IBP), Davao City Chapter together with the University of the Philippines Institute of Judicial Administration will conduct a two-day seminar in line with the Mandatory Continuing Legal Education (MCLE), to be held on October 17-18, 2001 in Davao City.

All Judges and Clerks of Courts in Davao provinces are hereby authorized to attend the seminar on OFFICIAL TIME but they should see to it that the court calendar is properly managed and parties are notified in advance of any cancelled hearing.

A report on the attendance should be submitted to this Office within ten (10) days from the date of the seminar.
