APPOINTING COURT ADMINISTRATOR PRESBITERO J. VELASCO, JR., AS MEMBER OF THE COMMITTEE ON HALLS OF JUSTICE VICE FORMER COURT ADMINISTRATOR ALFREDO L. BENIPAYO

WHEREAS , in the Resolution of 23 February 1999 in A.M. No. 99-1-05-SC then Court Administrator Alfredo L. Benipayo was appointed as ' one of the members of the Committee on Halls of Justice;

WHEREAS , Hon. Alfredo L. Benipayo has retired as Court Administrator, and was appointed Chairman of the Commission on Elections;

WHEREAS , Justice Presbitero J. Velasco, Jr., was subsequently appointed Court Administrator.

NOW, THEREFORE , pursuant to the Resolution of 18 January 2000 in A.M. No. 99-12-08-SC, the undersigned hereby appoint Court Administrator Presbitero J. Velasco, Jr., as Member of the Committee on Halls of Justice, vice former Court Administrator Alfredo L. Benipayo.

This appointment shall take effect upon its issuance.
