TO : ALL OFFICERS AND MEMBERS OF THE REGIONAL TRIAL COURT CLERKS OF COURT ASSOCIATION OF THE PHILIPPINES
SUBJECT : 12TH NATIONAL CONVENTION ON 04 TO 06 NOVEMBER 2015 AT THE GRAND BALLROOM, CITY OF DREAMS, PARANAQUE CITY
The Regional Trial Court Clerks of Court Association of Philippines (RTC-COCAP) will hold its 12 th National Convention on 04 to 06 November 2015 at the Grand Ballroom, City of Dreams, Paranaque City.
All concerned are hereby authorized to attend the convention, on OFFICIAL TIME/BUSINESS, chargeable to local funds if authorized and available, provided that there is prior permission from the Executive Judge/Presiding Judge and there shall be no disruption of the court calendar.
The authority shall be for three (3) days only including travel time.
Atty. John Ivan B. Tablizo, RTC-COCAP President, shall submit a report of the convention with a complete list of all court personnel who attended it to the Court Management Office, Office of the Court Administrator, within ten (10) days from the conclusion thereof.
