ALL OFFICERS AND MEMBERS OF THE COURT STENOGRAPHIC REPORTERS ASSOCIATION OF THE PHILIPPINES (COSTRAPHIL), INC. VISAYAS CHAPTER

SUBJECT:

2ND VISAYAS CONGRESS ON 6 TO 7 MAY 2010 IN BACOLOD CITY

The officers and members of the Court Stenographic Reporters Association of the Philippines (COSTRAPHIL), Inc., Visayas Chapter will hold its 2nd Visayas Congress (VISCONG) on 6 to 7 May 2010 at the Masskara Hall, New Government Center, Bacolod City.

All concerned are hereby authorized to attend the said event on OFFICIAL TIME/OFFICIAL BUSINESS chargeable to local funds if authorized and available and, provided further that there is prior written permission from the Executive Judge/Presiding Judge and there shall be no disruption of the court calendar.

Ms. Rosemarie C. Panelo, Vice-President for Visayas and Chapter President of Negros Occidental of the Association shall submit to the Court Management Office, OCA a report within ten (10) days from the conclusion of the event.
