TO : ALL JUDGES AND PERSONNEL OF THE REGIONAL TRIAL COURTS, MUNICIPAL TRIAL COURTS IN CITIES, MUNICIPAL TRIAL COURTS AND MUNICIPAL CIRCUIT TRIAL COURTS

SUBJECT : CONSTITUTION OF THE OCA PERFORMANCE EVALUATION REVIEW COMMITTEES (PERCs) IN THE LOWER COURTS

In implementation of the instruction of Chief Justice Hilario G. Davide, Jr., regarding the creating of the Performance Evaluation Review Committee (PERC) in: (a) the Office of the Court Administrator to review the performance ratings of lower court personnel; and (b) such other PERCs in the lower courts, the OCA PERCs in the lower courts hereby constituted to be composed of the following:

A. Multiple-sala courts (RTCs, MertoTCs and MTCs)

Chairman - Executive Judge

Vice-Chairman - Presiding Judge

Members - Clerks of Court (OCC)

PACE representative

Representative of the accredited employee organization of the occupational group to which the employee concerned belongs. (The representative shall be selected by the personnel in the station who are members of the accredited employee organization.)

B. Single sala courts

Chairman - - Presiding Judge

Vice-Chairman - - Clerk of Court

Members - - Legal Researcher

PACE representative

Representative of the accredited employee organization of the occupational group to which the employee concerned belongs. (The representative shall be selected by the personnel in the station who are members of the accredited employee organization.)

The OCA PERCs in the lower courts shall have the same duties and responsibilities as the Performance Evaluation Review Committee (PERC) of the Supreme Court.

This Office Order takes effect immediately and shall remain in force until final orders.
