SUBJECT : SUSPENSION FROM THE PRACTICE OF LAW FOR TWO (2) YEARS OF ATTY. JUAN R. MORENO

For your information and guidance, quoted hereunder is the dispositive portion of the Resolution of the Court En Banc dated 21 April 2010, in Administrative Case No. 8382, entitled "Alfredo B. Roa vs. Atty. Juan R. Moreno," to wit:

"WHEREFORE, the Court finds Atty. Juan R. Moreno GUILTY of violating Rule 1.01, Canon 1 of the Code of Professional Responsibility. Accordingly, the Court SUSPENDS him from the practice of law for a period of two (2) years effective upon finality of this Resolution."

In a Resolution dated 20 July 2010, the Court DEEMED AS SERVED the copy of Resolution dated 21 April 2010 sent to respondent which was returned unserved with a the notation on the letter-envelope "RTS- Addressee Disable Refuse to Accept by Wife."
