TO : THE PRESIDING JUSTICE AND ASSOCIATE JUSTICES OF THE COURT OF APPEALS

All pending Administrative Cases assigned to Members of the Court of Appeals are to be terminated within forty-five (45) days from date or not, later than 31 August 1993.

However, if the Justice concerned feels that despite his efforts he cannot terminate the case assigned to him within the period herein prescribed, he may notify this Court and ask that he be granted an extension not exceeding thirty (30) days.

In any event, a partial report shall be submitted on the status of the case and the proceedings already undertaken before and extension may be granted.
