TO : ALL REGIONAL TRIAL COURT JUDGES, BRANCH CLERKS OF COURT AND COURT SOCIAL WORKERS IN REGION IV (MIMAROPA)

SUBJECT : REGIONAL DIALOGUE ON ADOPTION CASES ON 25 AUGUST 2016 IN PUERTO PRINCESA CITY, PALAWAN AND 8 SEPTEMBER 2016 IN PUERTO GALERA, ORIENTAL MINDORO

The Department of Social Welfare and Development (DSWD) Field Office MiMaRoPa will conduct the Regional Dialogue with the Court Judges, Branch Clerks of Court, Court Social Workers and Prosecutors on Adoption Cases to be held on 25 August 2016, for the Palawan Cluster, in Puerto Princesa City, Palawan and on 8 September 2016, for the Oriental Mindoro, Occidental Mindoro, Marinduque and Romblon Clusters, in Puerto Galera, Oriental Mindoro, both at 8:00 a.m..

All concerned are hereby authorized to attend the dialogue on OFFICIAL TIME, provided that their court calendars are properly managed and the parties are notified of any cancelled hearings.

The participants shall submit to the Court Management Office, Office of the Court Administrator, their respective certificates of attendance within ten (10) days from their receipt thereof.
