REVENUE MEMORANDUM ORDER NO. 37-99 issued May 3, 1999 prescribes the procedures to be followed by non-computerized Revenue District Offices (RDOs) in the monitoring of submission of collection documents by Authorized Agent Bank branches. Non-computerized RDOs outside Metro Manila/Metro Cebu will conduct the Bank Branch Performance Check within two (2) weeks from receipt of tax returns.
