TO: ALL DIRECTORS AND OFFICERS OF THE PHILIPPINE TRIAL JUDGES LEAGUE, INC.

SUBJECT: NATIONAL MEETING AND OATHTAKING ON 20 TO 22 FEBRUARY 2002 AT MANILA

The Directors and Officers of the Philippine Trial Judges League, Inc. will have their National Meeting and Oathtaking on 20 to 22 February 2002 at Manila.

All concerned are hereby authorized to attend the said activities on OFFICIAL TIME/OFFICIAL BUSINESS chargeable to local funds if available but they should see to it that the court calendar is properly managed and parties are notified in advance of any cancelled hearing.

A complete report on the attendance shall be submitted to this office within ten (10) days from 22 February 2002.
