SUBJECT

: SIMULTANEOUS REGIONAL ELECTION OF OFFICERS ON ALL CLERAP CHAPTERS THROUGHOUT THE COUNTRY ON MAY 18, 1997

All members of the COURT LEGAL RESEARCHERS ASSOCIATION OF THE PHILIPPINES (CLERAP) are hereby authorized to attend its regional election of officers to be held on oil CLERAP Chapters throughout the country on May 15, 1997, on OFFICIAL TIME, with prior permission of their Executive Judge and/or Presiding Judge.

A report on the attendance should be submitted to this Office within ten (10) days from the date of the election.
