To: All Banks and Non-Bank Financial Institutions (NBFIs) under the Supervision of the Bangko Sentral ng Pilipinas (BSP)
Subject: Borrowings of BSP Personnel from any Institution Supervised by the BSP
This is to clarify that the report required to be submitted to the BSP as provided in Circular Letter No. CL-2007-050 dated 4 October 2007 on above subject matter shall be submitted to the Supervisory Data Center (SDC) of the BSP only. A copy of the report shall no longer be submitted to the Human Resources Management Department (HRMD) of the BSP.
Attached is the report format which shall be submitted to the BSP SDC only within the prescribed deadline.
