We advise that the following Central Bank registration documents (in the form of letter-advices) covering foreign investments in ALLIED THREAD CO., INC. have been reported lost:
Registration Number Foreign Investor CB-EDMO (FI) 73-161 TOTAL LIMITED CB-MEDIAD (FI) 82-2451 TOTAL LIMITED CB-EDMO (FI) 73-162 R. F. & J. ALEXANDER CO., LTD.
Abovementioned registration documents should not be honored when presented for capital repatriation or dividend remittances pursuant to Section 40 of CB Circular No. 1389 dated April 13, 1993.
Please advise the same to all your branches and offices.
