For your information and guidance, attached is a copy of the decision of the Third Division of this Court dated 14 March 2006, in Administrative Case No. 6155 entitled, "Gina L. Francisco et al. vs. Atty. Jaime Juanito P. Portugal" ordering the suspension of respondent Atty Portugal from the practice of law for three (3) months.

The decision was received by the respondent on 4 April 2006. Respondent did nit file any motion for reconsideration.
