SUBJECT NEW GAME OFFERING-NUMERIC GAMES

Please be informed that the PAGCOR's Board of Directors, in its meeting held on 27 June 2024, approved the implementation of Numeric Games as a new game offering

Numeric Games refer to numbers games or games that primarily involve the selection of numbers from a pre-determined set of numerical figures using any drawing device or tool, where the selected number/s must match some or all of the numbers drawn at random, in order to win.

Following the likes of the existing game offerings, i.e. Traditional Bingo Games, Electronic Bingo (eBingo) Games, Electronic (eCasino) Games, Sports Betting, Specialty Games and Online Poker Games, the operation of Numeric Games shall likewise be covered by the applicable provisions of all existing regulatory frameworks issued by PAGCOR through the EGLD. However, said Numeric Games shall not in any way utilize the same drawing device, tool and equipment being implemented currently by the Philippine Charity Sweepstakes Office (PCSO) in its lottery draws.

Correspondingly, the following additional provisions for the fees and rates on gaming venue operations shall be implemented:

1. Application Fee of Two Hundred Thousand Pesos (PhP200,000.00) for Gaming for Numeric Games); License valid for two (2) years (for establishment and operation of Gaming Venue

2. Performance Cash Deposit of Two Hundred Thousand Pesos (PhP200,000.00)

per gaming venue;

3. PAGCOR Share rates for Numeric Games shall be as follows

Live-streamed games RNG-based games Gaming Revenue (GGR) Percentage of Gross 35% 15% 30% January 2025 onwards Billing Period July 2024 July 2024

An additional ten percent (10%) Audit fee computed based on PAGCOR Share shall be imposed on the Operator/Licensee and shall be billed separately by PAGCOR.

Pending their revisions, the provisions of existing regulatory frameworks that are similarly applied to Specialty Games shall be implemented to Numeric Games, such as the following, among others:

1. For the minimum number of gaming terminals in a Gaming Venue for Numeric Games, the Operator, in coordination with the concerned Service Provider,

shall install at least one (1) gaming/betting terminal.

2. The minimum bet for Numeric Games shali be not iess than Five Pesos (PhP5.00).
