OFFICERS AND MEMBERS OF THE COURT LEGAL RESEARCHERS ASSOCIATION; OF THE PHILIPPINES (CLERAP)

SUBJECT:

6 TH BIENNIAL NATIONAL CONVENTION AND SEMINAR ON APRIL 19-21, 2006 AT PUERTO PRINCESA CITY, PALAWAN

The Court Legal Researchers Association of the Philippines (CLERAP), will hold its 6 th Biennial National Convention and Seminar oil April 19-21, 2006 at Puerto Princesa City, Palawan .

All concerned arc hereby authorized to attend said convention and their attendance shall be considered on OFFICIAL TIME/OFFICIAL BUSINESS, chargeable to local funds if authorized and available, provided that there is prior written permission from the Executive Judge/Presiding Judge and there shall be no disruption of the court calendar.

Ms. Celia A. Flores, President, CLERAP, shall submit to this office a report on the attendance within ten (10) days from the date of the convention.
