FOR : THE OFFICERS AND DIRECTORS OF THE PHILIPPINE JUDGES ASSOCIATION (PJA)

SUBJECT : 1 st BI-MONTHLY MEETING ON 25 JANUARY 2019 IN LEGAZPI CITY, ALBAY

The Officers and Directors of the Philippine Judges Association (PJA) will hold their 1 st bi-monthly meeting on 25 January 2019 in Legazpi City, Albay.

All concerned are hereby authorized to attend the bi-monthly meeting on OFFICIAL TIME/BUSINESS, chargeable to local funds if authorized and available, provided that their respective court calendars are properly managed and the parties are duly notified of an;f cancelled hearings.

Judge Maria Paz R. Reyes-Yson, PJA Secretary General, shall submit to the Court Management Office, Office of the Court Administrator, a report on the conduct of the meeting with the complete list of all the judges who attended, within ten (10) days from the conclusion thereof,
