SUBJECT : ROUND-TABLE DISCUSSION ON CRIMINAL PROCEDURE

The United States Department of Justice is sponsoring a round- table discussion on criminal procedure to gather and determine best practices which can be adopted and included in the Rules on Criminal Procedure.

Considering their experience and expertise on criminal procedure, the following justices and judges are hereby requested and authorized to attend the round-table discussion on OFFICIAL TIME on the following dates at Fairways and Bluewater Newcoast Boracay:
