TO: THE OFFICERS AND MEMBERS OF THE PHILIPPINE TRIAL JUDGES LEAGUE, INC. (PTJLI)

SUBJECT : 25 th ANNUAL CONVENTION AND SEMINAR ON 17 TO 19 OCTOBER 2018 AT THE PRINCESA GARDEN, PUERTO PRINCESA CITY, PALAWAN

The Philippine Trial Judges League, Inc. (PTJLI) will hold its 25 th Annual Convention and Seminar on 17 to 19 October 2018 at the Princesa Garden, Puerto Princesa City, Palawan.

All concerned are hereby authorized to attend the convention and seminar on OFFICIAL TIME/BUSINESS, chargeable to local funds if authorized and available, provided that their respective court calendars are properly managed and the parties are duly notified of any cancelled hearings.

The authority shall be for three (3) days only including travel time.

Judge Rochelle S. Manuel, Secretary General of the PTJLI, shall submit to the Court Management Office, Office of the Court Administrator, a report on the convention and seminar with a complete list of all the judges who attended within ten (10) days from the conclusion thereof.
