AUTHORIZING THE ATTENDANCE OF JUDGES OF THE JURIS MODEL COURT SITES (BACOLOD CITY AND PAMPANGA) IN THE FACULTY DEVELOPMENT WORKSHOP FOR JUDGES' TRAINING

The Philippine Judicial Academy (PHILJA), in coordination with the National Judicial Institute of Canada (NJI), will conduct a 3-day Faculty Development Workshop for Judges' Training for selected judges of the JURIS Model Court Sites (Bacolod City and Pampanga), to be held on February 16 ~ 18, 2006, at the Ridgewood Residence, No. 17 Julian Felipe St., Barangay Lualhati, Baguio City.

The following judges are required to attend and participate in the workshop:

The attendance of the participants in this workshop shall be MANDATORY and on OFFICIAL BUSINESS. All properly documented travel expenses shall be reimbursed.

The participating judges should see to it that their respective court calendars are properly managed and the parties are notified in advance of any cancelled hearing.

Formal business attire is required. No companion and substitution of participants shall be allowed.
