AUTHORIZING THE ATTENDANCE OF JUDGES, BRANCH CLERKS OF COURTS, AND COURT SOCIAL WORKERS OF THE DESIGNATED FAMILY COURTS OF REGIONS V AND VI AT THE 8TH REGIONAL MULTI-SECTORAL SEMINAR-WORKSHOP ON JUVENILE AND DOMESTIC RELATIONS JUSTICE (ADVANCED LEVEL)

The Philippine Judicial Academy (PHILJA), in partnership with the United Nations Children's Fund (UNICEF), will conduct the 8th Regional Multi- Sectoral Seminar-Workshop on Juvenile and Domestic Relations Justice (Advanced Level) for the Judges, Branch Clerks of Court, and Court Social Workers of the designated Family Courts of Regions V and VI from June 28 to 30, 2006, at the Hotel Venezia, Renaissance Gardens, Washington Drive, Legazpi City.

The following judges, branch clerks of court, and court social workers are required to attend and participate in the seminar-workshop:

The attendance of the participants in chis seminar-workshop shall be MANDATORY and on OFFICIAL BUSINESS. All properly documented travel expenses shall be reimbursed.

The participating judges should see to it that their respective court calendars are properly managed and the parties are notified in advance of any cancelled hearing.

Formal business attire is required. No companion and substitution of participants shall be allowed.
