T O :ALL JUDGES AND COURT PERSONNEL OF THE REGIONAL TRIAL COURTS, SHARI'A DISTRICT COURTS, METROPOLITAN TRIAL COURTS, MUNICIPAL TRIAL COURTS IN CITIES, MUNICIPAL TRIAL COURTS, MUNICIPAL CIRCUIT TRIAL COURTS AND SHARI'A CIRCUIT COURTS

SUBJECT : INCLUSION OF PHILIPPINE JUDICIAL ACADEMY (PH1LJA) EDUCATIONAL PROGRAMS IN CONVENTIONS OF JUDGES AND COURT PERSONNEL

To enable all judges and court personnel of the Regional Trial Courts, Shari'a District Courts, Metropolitan Trial Courts, Municipal Trial Courts in Cities, Municipal Trial Courts, Municipal Circuit Trial Courts and Shari'a Circuit Courts to avail themselves of the benefits of the judicial education programs of the PHILJA, and pursuant to the objective of the Academy to keep the greatest possible number of participants updated on law, current jurisprudence and administrative policies, judicial techniques and suggested remedies to problems in trial and procedure, it is hereby DIRECTED that the training programs of the PHILJA be incorporated in all conventions of judges and personnel of the aforementioned courts.

For the purpose, the officers of the associations of judges and court personnel shall coordinate with the PHILJA in the planning and implementation of the training programs that shall be included in all forthcoming conventions. This Circular shall take effect immediately.
