AUTHORIZING THE ATTENDANCE OF JUDGES AND BRANCH CLERKS OF COURT OF DESIGNATED ENVIRONMENTAL COURTS AND SELECTED TRIAL COURTS OF REGION XI AT THE 7TH MULTI-SECTORAL CAPACITY BUILDING ON ENVIRONMENTAL LAWS AND THE RULES OF PROCEDURE FOR ENVIRONMENTAL CASES

The Philippine Judicial Academy, in cooperation with the SC-Program Management Office, the Department of Environment and Natural Resources, the United States Agency for International Development, and the United States Department of the interior, will conduct the 7th Multi-Sectoral Capacity Building on Environmental Laws and the Rules of Procedure for Environmental Cases on July 27 to 29, 2011, at the East Asia Royale Hotel, General Santos City.
