TO : THE CONCERNED REGIONAL TRIAL COURTJUDGES IN MANILA

SUBJECT : PUBLIC CONSULTATION ON THE PROPOSED IMPLEMENTING RULES AND REGULATIONS (IRR) OF REPUBLIC ACT NO. 10667 OR THE PHILIPPINE COMPETITION ACT ON 24 MAY 2016 AT THE ACE HOTEL AND SUITES, PASIG CITY

The Philippine Competition Commission (PCC) will conduct a Public Consultation on the Proposed Implementing Rules and Regulations (IRR) of Republic Act No. 10667 or the Philippine Competition Act to be held on 24 May 2016, 8:30 a.m. to 3:00 p.m., at the ACE Hotel and Suites, Brixton St. near Pioneer, United St., Pasig City.

In connection therewith, the following judges are hereby authorized to attend the consultation on OFFICIAL TIME, provided that their respective court calendars are properly managed and the parties are notified of any cancelled hearings:
