SUBJECT : DISBARMENT OF ATTY. DANILO S. SAMSON

For your information and guidance, quoted hereunder is the dispositive portion of the Decision of the Court En Banc dated 27 November 2012, in Administrative Case No. 9608, entitled "Maria Victoria B. Ventura vs. Atty. Danilo S. Samson", to wit:

"WHEREFORE, respondent Atty. Danilo S. Samson is hereby DISBARRED for Gross Immoral Conduct, Violation of his oath of office, and Violation of Canon 1, Rule 1.01 and Canon 7, Rule 7.03 of the Code of Professional Responsibility."

In a Resolution dated 05 March 2013, the Court further DENIED with FINALITY the respondent's motion for reconsideration as the basic issues raised therein have been passed upon by this Court and no substantial arguments were presented to warrant the reversal of the questioned Decision.
