SUBJECT : SUSPENSION FROM THE PRACTICE OF LAW FOR SIX (6) MONTHS OF ATTY. AQUILINO A. MEJICA

For your information and guidance, quoted hereunder is the dispositive portion of the Resolution of the Third Division dated 9 March 2015 in Administrative Case No. 9120 entitled "Augusto P. Baldado vs. Atty. Aquilino A. Mejica," to wit:

ACCORDINGLY, the Court, upon the recommendation of the OBC, resolves to FURTHER SUSPEND respondent Atty. Aquilino Mejica from the practice of law for three (3) months totaling six (6) months suspension from the practice of law effective upon receipt of the resolution of the Court; and DENY the motion to lift the suspension from the practice of law dated December 4, 2014.

Respondent received on 10 April 2015 the Resolution dated 9 March 2015.
