Subject  : Stolen US Dollar Notes

This is to re-issue the serial numbers of the stolen Two Million US Dollar Bank Notes ($2,000,000), in Dar Es Salaam Airport, Tanzania, on 2 August 2001, disseminated earlier under Circular Letter dated November 26, 2001, which was corrected by the Interpol Manila, National Central Bureau in its letter dated December 7, 2001, to read as follows:

1.  1,000 Bank Notes @ US$ 100 No. AB81971001W - AB81972000W 2.  1,000 Bank Notes @ US$ 100 No. AB45228001W - AB45229000W 3.  1,000 Bank Notes @ US$ 100 No. AB51338001V  - AB51339000V 4.  1,000 Bank Notes @ US$ 100 No. AB52038001V  - AB52039000V 5.  16,000 Bank Notes @ US$ 100 No. AB82624001W - AB82640000W

As requested, please notify the Interpol Manila, National Central Bureau for appropriate action knowledge, if any on whereabouts, of the above-mentioned currencies.

Your support and cooperation in the recovery of these notes is earnestly requested.

This Circular Letter supercedes Circular Letter dated November 26, 2001 on the same subject.
