Subject : Conversion of the Vizcaya Savings and Loans Association, Inc. to a Rural Bank
The Monetary Board in its Resolution No. 741 dated 08 June 2006 approved the conversion of the Vizcaya Savings and Loans Association, Inc. to a Rural Bank. The Bank started its operations as a rural bank on 18 February 2008.
