SUBJECT : ANNUAL CONVENTION-SEMINAR OF JUDGES OF THE REGIONAL TRIAL COURTS AND SHARI'A DISTRICT COURTS ON 19 TO 21 JULY 2001 IN MANILA

The Philippine Judges Association in coordination with the Philippine Judicial Academy will be holding the annual convention-seminar of Judges of the Regional Trial Court and Shari'a District Courts on 19 to 21 July 2001 at the Century Park Hotel, Manila.

The Judges concerned are authorized to attend the said seminar on OFFICIAL TIME/OFFICIAL BUSINESS chargeable to local funds if available and authorized but they should see to it that the court calendar is properly managed and parties are notified in advance of any cancelled hearing.

A report on the attendance should be submitted to this Office within ten (10) days from the date of the seminar.
