TO : THE OFFICERS AND DIRECTORS OF THE PHILIPPINE JUDGES ASSOCIATION (PJA)

SUBJECT : MEETINGS FOR THE YEAR 2014

The officers and directors of the Philippine Judges Association (PJA) will hold their meetings on the following dates:

DATE VENUE

1. March 27, 2014 Boracay, Aklan

2. May 29, 2014 Subic, Zambales

3. July 31, 2014 General Santos City

4. September 25, 2014 Tuguegarao City

All concerned are hereby authorized to attend the meetings on OFFICIAL TIME/BUSINESS, chargeable to local funds if authorized and available, provided that their respective court calendars are properly managed and the parties are notified of any cancelled hearings.

Judge Lyliha L. Abella-Aquino, Secretary General of the PJA, shall submit a report on the conduct of each meeting with the complete list of the judges who attended to the Court Management Office, Office of the Court Administrator, within ten (10) days from the conclusion of the meeting.
