TO : THE OFFICERS AND MEMBERS OF THE PHILIPPINE JUDGES ASSOCIATION (PJA)

SUBJECT : MID-CONVENTION AND SEMINAR ON 14 TO 16 OCTOBER 2014 IN LEGASPI CITY

The officers and members of the Philippine Judges Association (PJA) will hold their mid-convention and seminar on 14 to 16 October 2014 in Legaspi City.

All concerned are hereby authorized to attend the convention/seminar on OFFICIAL TIME/BUSINESS, chargeable to local funds if authorized and available, provided that their respective court calendars are properly managed and the parties are notified of any cancelled hearings.

Judge Lyliha L. Abella-Aquino, Secretary General of the PJA, shall submit a report on the conference/meeting with the complete list of all the judges who attended it to the Court Management Office, Office of the Court Administrator, within ten (10) days from the conclusion thereof.
