Considering that petitioner paid respondent the total amount of Two Hundred Million Pesos (Php 200,000,000.00) as full settlement of its VAT liability for taxable year 2009, including all related interest, penalty and surcharge, if any, as well as the assessment for interests, penalties and surcharges on VAT for taxable year 2009, the Joint Motion to Withdraw the instant petition for review is hereby GRANTED.
