When the case was called for presentation of petitioner's witnesses on its Application for the Issuance of Temporary Restraining Order and/or Preliminary Injunction, petitioner's counsel instead brought the Court's attention to the Ex-Parte Motion to Withdraw Petition for Review filed by petitioner just yesterday, July 12, 2023, which essentially prays that the Petition for Review be withdrawn.
